Supporting Men's Mental Health, Families and Relationships
Established in 2012, we are a male-focused counselling service dedicated to supporting men's mental health and family relationships. While we specialise in working with men, we also provide tailored support for women, couples, children and families facing life's challenges.
Our goal is to help you gain new skills, navigate difficulties, and build stronger relationships in a safe and supportive environment.

Appointments
Flexibility is important. That's why our practice offers early morning, day-time and after hour appointments, Monday to Friday.
We provide face-to-face appointments and Telehealth (phone or videoconferencing).

Medicare rebates
Medicare rebates are available if you have a mental health care plan from your GP. (Currently eligible for up to 10 sessions per calendar year).
For convenience, Medicare rebates are processed straight after your appointment via Medicare's EasyClaim. Please bring your Medicare card and EFTPOS/Debit cards with you to your appointment.
